This quilt is my reaction to the attack on the World Trade Center. The view is from the Meadowlands of New Jersey. A quotation from Carl Sagan's "Pale Blue Dot" inspired the quilt which will be given to a friend and colleaque whose son was one of the first American soldiers killed in Afganistan. |
